Tony Christopher, CEO/President and Founder of Landmark Entertainment Group, has overseen the management of the company since its inception in 1980.  He has enjoyed success in both the creative and business aspects of the entertainment industry since graduating from California Institute of the Arts with a B.F.A. in theatre and dance.  Prior to forming Landmark Entertainment Group, Mr. Christopher worked at the Walt Disney organization creating and managing various live stage spectaculars and attractions. He went on to perform on Broadway and television, working with such stars as Liza Minnelli, Goldie Hawn, Howard Keel, and Jane Powell.

 

Tony is a recognized creator, designer, and producer of unparalleled indoor and outdoor themed entertainment attractions.  For over three decades, Mr. Christopher has played the important role of the creative force behind these projects or the executive producer, supervising each to its completion.  Famous theme park attractions such as “The Adventures of Conan,”  “King Kong,” “Jurassic Park: The Ride,” “James Bond: A License To Thrill,”  “Ghostbusters,” “Terminator 2:3D”, and “The Adventures of Spider-Man”. He has also worked with Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson conceiving amazing rock theatre and a music based theme park. 

Mr. Christopher is an experienced live entertainment producer and creator, a Tony voter, and an active member of the League of the American Theater Producers, co-producing the long running Broadway hit, “Jekyll and Hyde,” as well as “Sherlock’s Last Case,” starring Frank Langella, and the 1992 Tony Award - winning “Tru” starring Robert Morse. He produced, directed and choreographed the 25th Anniversary National Tour of “Jesus Christ Superstar” starring the original motion picture stars Ted Neely and Carl Anderson.  Touring for four years and grossing over $140 million dollars. As a director Mr. Christopher was honored with a Grammy Award nomination for Best Music Video in 1986.
